I called repeatedly Thurs. from 10 am to 1pm got message that they would call me back but they never did. I called the insurance agent and they had trouble making a reservation on the computer so she gave up and called Enterprise. Got a reservation and call in 5 minutes. What is wrong with Hertz Union St.?
No one ever answers the phone nor call you back after leaving several voicemails.
Called before coming in, guy was on lunch. No big deal but he was supposed to return at 1 and he did not return until 1:25. A little unprofessional.
