I have rented 4-5 times from my local Enterprise, and every time the experience is excellent, from initial contact and reservation through the car rental experience, and the car itself. They truly seek a satisfied customer, and work hard to get you there, often amid the chaos that daily life brings them (rentals, returns, small office, etc.). They appreciate your business.
Terrible service. I have been coming here for years and haven't had an issue ... all kinds of new rules , had to go back twice to not rent a vehicle my insurance paid for . Kirk was the one behind the counter , he didn't help me at all.

The location on Kirkwood in Wilmington has been the best customer service The Leon and the Service attendant Mike have always given wonderful customer service. I highly recommend to rent from this location if you want to be treated like a human being and not just a reservation.
