I've been using the Wilmington Station Avis for several years. Though I am not pleased the hours are so limited, the staff is very helpful and I can usually get in and out very quick. They are conveniently located and have a great selection of cars. It's very easy to get on the highway from the facility. Parking lot is a bit cramped, but the staff will help you get in and out if you need it. Cars are clean and new. Highly recommend!
Diane Jones and her team at the Amtrak Wilmington Station always go the extra mile. Professional manners from both the folks at the desk and the guys at the parking lot.
Extremely slow service. Only one other person here (one person working) and the wait has already been 30 minutes.
