I'm not sure if this was just an off day for our waitress and the kitchen staff, but I did not enjoy my visit to the restaurant at all. The waitress, Kelley, was very standoffish, almost like she was scared of us (either a very bad day for her or she's in the wrong profession). The food was okay but the potatoes were like the weather outside (ice cold) while the rest of the plate was hot. The clam chowder left this powerful and nasty aftertaste that even my Sprite couldn't shake. I get the idea of a bad day so I might give the place a second chance. The decor was pretty cool.
Melvin is absolutely AWESOME!!! He has exceptional customer service skills. Melvin literally memorizes large sized orders for large parties. We hope Melvin receives a promotion in the future because he truly deserves one. He keeps us coming back! One of the managers, Larry, also has great customer service skills. Thank you both for making our visit pleasant and for lifting my spirits during a difficult time of loss in my life. Be well!!!
I got very sick from this place they must have been doing something wrong with the sea food. I just hope you consider this before you spend the rest of your life on the toilet
It's a seafood franchise. Expensive considering there are other places that serve fresh seafood around Delaware and Maryland. Staff was friendly and did a very good Birthday Song for 2 groups.
Excellent food, service, and management. It's been one of our favorite place to celebrate, lately. Plus the view and all the surrounding attractions of the Riverfront always make going there a great day or night out.
Big bucket for 2 was really enough for just one person. Will I visit again, probably not.
