Food is good. Can get busy during lunch time during the work week.
Popular location for people who work nearby. Food is good. Setting is generally enjoyable.
Usually I don't have issues eating outside. But, yesterday I happened to grab a quick bite (BBQ Chicken Pizza) here and within 30 minutes my stomach bloated. for about 6 hours I had stomach ache and had to flush out every other hour.
We order from this location at least twice a month for office meetings. The staff are all polite and courteous. We've never had a late delivery and they even delivered when they were supposed to be closed. Food is always fresh and tasty as well. You can't go wrong with them. I recommend the Pesto Chicken or the Turkey and Brie sandwich. You'll have mixed feelings about any other place.
The Sumatra coffee is never hot enough!! This is a known problem that, for some reason, the management will not resolve. All you need is a new thermal coffee dispenser. The heating element of your current dispenser seems to be shot.
This has not happened to me earlier when I had tried few other items in Cosi. But, this time definitely something was wrong with the food.
