Service was terrible. It took 25 minutes and two requests for water to make it to the table. Once the glasses were empty they were never refilled. Plates from the buffet stacked up on our table and had to be moved to an empty table next to us.Stuffed lobster had cold crab imperial in it. Fried flounder was cold. Prime rib was very good. One member of our party never did get a glass of wine she ordered. Salad dressing container was empty when it wasn't very busy. Hot water for tea was absent for about 10 minutes. All of this when the cost was $59 a person for the Christmas Eve Buffet. I would not recommend it.
The food was not what it was hyped up to be. The atmosphere was great and a very diverse crowd. The service was awesome and I really appreciated my server letting the management, Judy, know I wasn't happy. I'm willing to give these guys another try. With the prices being on the expensive side and the food being sub par it's nice to know they have people that hold the establishment up to a high bar.
Finn was an excellent server! We sat at a bar table an 2 of the 3 of us wound up choosing dinner off the bar menu and they were the winners! Nashville chicken sandwich was awesome! Upgraded to the mashed potatoes with bacon and horseradish as a side!
Worst food I ever had in my life my husband's food was cold when served ask for manager even left our number no response. Paid our bill even though we shouldn't and drove somewhere else and purchased dinner a second time. Also had staff sit another couple at our table while we were eating. So gross. So the manager contacted me and apologized and sent me a gift card. Also recommended reservations if coming again on a Saturday night. Will give gift card to son and daughter in law to use as my husband and I probably won't be back in that area for quite awhile! Will keep you posted. Would give another try if back in the area.
Excellent happy hour with yummy seasonal drinks ("Harry's Eggnog" is my fave) and old Harry`s favorites like the flavorful "mini-me". Must arrive early, as it gets packed very fast. Live music (Friday) rounds out the experience, so 'happy hour' is over way too soon.
