They have the on-call system that I call whenever I have questions about the kids being sick and they're great about getting back to you.
If there was a choice, i would have given them 0 star. Pathetic service. You need to wait for an hour on call to schedule an appointment and when the lady does pick up the call - she talks so rudely as if I am using their service for free. Doctors and nurses are good, but the rest of the staff is just really bad.
When you can get to see someone, they are thorough and caring. The problem is...you can’t get to see someone. We needed a follow up appt after a weekend ER visit, and were told it was impossible to see the Doc we had originally seen for the condition until after Xmas.
we are still waiting for a return call from the urgent call last Friday.
It's an awesome place; the nurse Phyllis is simply phenomenal! The only reason I'd leave is if Phyllis left. I'm surprised by the negative reviews on here.
The only downside is the interns- you typically end up switching your primary doctor every 4 years. I've had one bad experience with a doctor but I went to the office manager & she corrected it.
Horrible horrible horrible!! Why do they have so many residents if they see one patient at a time?? Get to your appointment early and wait over an hour to get seen. It's ridiculous the females in the front sit there and talk and talk no one seems to know what they are doing neither do they care. When calling to make an appointment you have to hold for a very long time and when they finally answer they are rude and have no clue what they are doing. Called to schedule a well child check up and the lady didn't even know what that meant!!! Already moved my entire family out of the practice and you should as well nothing but frustration will come if you visit this office
wonderful doctors since going to the family health center, and have never been treated rudely, The nursing staff is pleasant and professional. They are very busy and to be patient and forgiving as a patient helps to smooth the way.

I've been here for 4 years. Both of my daughter's go here too, so it's great that we all go to the same place when we're sick- it usually happens that way.
