Went to pick up a bed that I purchased and they had one guy working trying to pick up the bed by himself and for other guys sitting playing on the phones I asked them if they would help and they refused and laughed I talk to the manager Who didn't have a care in the world So anyone looking to buy something that needs picked up don't go there

Terrible customer service..... I've spent a few thousand dollars within the past 5 years with this company and once there's any problem with merchandise Raymour does very little or nothing to solve the problem. The technician they sent over even agreed that my problems with the mattresses were severe enough for the company to fix the problem, however once I spoke with the customer service rep she made it clear that the problem wasn't severe ENOUGH for Raymour to get involed. Ethan Allen knows how to treat customers better.
Seemed to have no knowledge of the items he showed us.I told my family member that I liked a certain one which was cheaper....and he had the nerve to tell me to plz not say anything because he was trying to make a living...IF THAT'S HOW YOU TRAIN YOUR SALESMAN FINE....COHEN'S HERE WE COME!!!
But the salesman ED ROBB was not a very good salesman
