I just had to add to this. I don't understand how anyone could question the legitimacy of this company. My furniture came this week, 2 and a half weeks from when I paid my security deposit on November 8th. It's been coming in spurts. They delivered my desk and dresser yesterday, and delivered my two nightstands today. I'm just waiting on my bed. Everything is exactly how it was pictured online and I am excited to complete my room. Everyone I've spoken to is beyond courteous and have helped me every step of the way. One my room is painted and finished I'll take a picture of all my furniture.
There are so many departments to talk to its ridiculous. You call to get information and you have to wait for a call from another department. I never received my product that I ordered in July and now it's almost November. Got a tracking number because they said I refused the delivery. Well I live in Missouri and it was being shipped from an hour away but went to New York! This didn't throw up red flags to no one!!!??? Not ordering anything else. I stopped my payments from my bank until it's resolved.
Just made my first order and I already know I will continue to buy off of this site. Anyone can do this regardless of credit score. The customer service was excellent! Thank you very much for allowing us to get NICE furniture with affordable payments!

Service with Ms. Valentina was completely awesome she was truly dedicated to assisting me though my order. Never have I had someone so pleasant. I thank her so much she a gem. I shall not leave out Ms. Raelene she was wonderful and patient. Thanks a bunch lady's magnificent job. 1000,000% satisfied.
