However the item went on sale one day later for $60 less and due to horrible policies I was told there was nothing that can be done. I wont buy from Ashley Furniture again. It is crazy that you could not credit the difference. What if it was a huge price difference, there would have been nothing I could have done.
Jim was our salesman and did an excellent job. No pressure just helpful. He made it a very good shopping experience. Highly recommend.
When I bought my furniture I had a few concerns, but the store manager Mr. James Shepard was very kind and helpful in making sure I got what I paid for. He also worked side by side with his team to improve their customer service skills, I must say I was very pleased with their services and my daughter bedroom set looks amazing in her room.
We got a sectional sofa from here and the whole experience was great. The people in the store were helpful without being overbearing, the sofa was a great price, and the delivery experience couldn't be beat- the couch came in a earlier than we initially thought it would which was great. They coordinated a day and time that worked for us and the delivery guys were extremely nice. Overall an awesome experience with this place!

Ask for Jim!! Jim was an excellent and personable on-the-floor salesman. He gave us our space and at the same time kept us very well informed on our purchases. He was very laid back, not pushy at all. Darryl was very polite as he put through our paperwork and handled the financial end. Our delivery is promised in 3-4 weeks from today. I will update my review if it takes longer than that.
