If I could give '0' starts, I would. We ordered a chest & media center from Cohen on 12/30/16. Both pieces totaling ($1,000/$500 for each piece). We were told the chest would be delivered by 1/6/17. The chest delivery date was changed four times (1/6 to 1/16 to 1/18 to 1/21) and was delivered three weeks late on 1/21. When the chest arrived, it wobbled (video attached). I mentioned this issue to the delivery driver and he told me the issue was not with the furniture, but with my hardwood floor. He also stated if I had an issue, I have to call the store. We moved the chest around into different rooms and even to a carpeted floor and the chest still wobbled. I went into the store to show the salesman, Eli, who sold me the piece the video I took. He told me I had to call the New Castle store to speak with a customer service rep. I called the New Castle store on 1/23 and left a message for the rep. I was told he would call me back that day. I never received a call. I called again on Tuesday, 1/24, and was told the rep was off on Tuesday and Wednesday and would receive a call back from the manager. Never received a call. On the night on 1/24 I went into Cohen to speak to a manager and of course, there was no manager on duty. A different salesman took down my information and promised I would be receiving a phone call. Never received a call. I called the New Castle store again on 1/26 and asked to speak with the customer service rep. I was put on hold for five minutes then was told he has 'stepped out.' I demanded to speak with a manager. Willie got on the pone and I expressed my frustrations with the changes in the delivery dates, the poor customer service and the damaged piece of furniture. He promised he would call me back that day after getting my order info from the Kirkwood Highway store. He also stated a person from Cohen would come to my home to assess the damage of the chest. It's been four days and I still have not received a call from ANYONE at Cohen. Also in this whole mess, we were told when we ordered the media center it would be delivered end of January/first week of February. We were told later it would not be delivered until at least 2/21. I canceled the order for that piece of furniture.
I bought a couch from here. Quality of the product and service were good and delivery was prompt.

We've never shopped here,but we came across this guy's page on Facebook that works there. His name is Alex. The guy is getting rude with customers on his page when they bashed the store. His behavior is ridiculous. His videos are bizarre. If Cohen's corporate saw his page,I doubt he'd be employed any longer.
By far the worst buying/customer service experience I have ever had!
My husband and I went to Cohen's on a Sunday, and were told our bed could be delivered on Saturday. We were very clear that it had to be in the morning, and that if it couldn't be in the morning, we would have to reschedule to the following Tuesday, my next day off. The Thursday before our scheduled delivery, I got a call telling me my time on Saturday would be in the afternoon. I tried to tell the person I was speaking with that I wouldn't be available in the afternoon so can we reschedule when my phone cut off. Five minutes later, when I got to an area with service, I had a voicemail telling me my afternoon time frame. I called back at that time (5 minutes later), and a different person answered. He told me there was no way I just talked to a woman because the woman left an hour ago. He kept telling me this like I'm stupid, and he said he couldn't reschedule me, that I'd have to wait until the woman comes in the next morning. He said he would have someone call me the next day. By the next day, late afternoon, nobody called me, so I called. I got a voicemail, and I left a message with my name, call back number, and reason for calling (that I need to reschedule my delivery). I finally got a call on Saturday morning. At this point, my husband had asked me to ask if it was possible for him to pick the bed up himself on Sunday because we didn't want to wait much longer considering we've been sleeping on our couch for weeks since loosing our bed in a flood. The woman said she would cancel my delivery for that day, and I told her I'd call her back to let her know if we wanted to pick the bed up ourselves, or reschedule the delivery. I called her back 15 minutes later, and left a voicemail saying that we would like to reschedule for Tuesday. I never heard back from her. The delivery man still showed up at my apartment on Saturday when I was not home. I left another message on Monday asking for a Tuesday delivery, still nobody called me back. I called again this morning and left a message. I placed another call later someone finally answered. They said today was booked. I explained how upset I was because I called Saturday to set this up and nobody called me back. I explained how I've left several messages with no return call. The next day off that my husband has is Saturday, I'm not off again until Sunday. After sleeping on a couch for weeks, my husband and I are extremely frustrated. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she would have one call me back. I then called my husband and told him what is going on. He called them himself and asked if he could just pick up the bed. The woman told him that I told her Saturday that he would be doing that. I called back at this point to confirm that my husband will be picking up the bed, and to clarify with her that I never said that - that I had said I needed to get back to her and when I called her back she didn't answer so I left a message asking for a Tuesday delivery. She said I never left any messages. It's one thing to say you didn't get my messages, but to say I didn't leave one? I left several! Then, when my husband went to pick the bed up, he asked if they could deliver the headboard on Saturday since there was not a lot of room in his friend's truck. They told him WE have to set up the delivery! I don't know what kind of business this place is running. From being told there is no way I had just hung up with somebody because that person left an hour ago, to not receiving any return calls, to being told I never left them a message, I will never shop here again, and I advise others not to as well. It is Wednesday and I have not yet heard back from a manager. This is some of the worst service I've ever gotten from a business! DO NOT SHOP HERE!
