I have done my last two jump upgrades here. I walk in get helped quickly and get out of there with my new phone in an hour or so. The parking lot isn't the best.
Pretty much a waste of time, walked in looking for a replacement phone, i ask the gentleman if he had the particular model phone i needed. He immediately tells me he didnt have the phone, without calling and verifying sends me to the other T Mobile store and reassures me they had the phone. Walked into the other T Mobile store to only learned they had no inventory of the phone i needed. You guys need better Customer Service, I work Retail and before sending my customers to another location i make sure that store has inventory!! Treat customer how you want to be treated as a customer!!!!
This is a great store to go to. Staff is always attentive and there is not usually a huge crowd like some other places. Rob is great.
