Terrible service. Expensive. Long waits. Lies seem common. Shady. Do not under any circumstances let them talk you into DirecTV. DirecTV steal your money charge your credit card and lie on the telephone constantly. You will get transferred from India then to the supervisor in the Philippines.
Even 1 star is over qualified for them. Literally poor customer service. Sales rep did not explain fully bout their plan. When i went back to store and complained, their attitude was “im sorry, what can i do?”. I was expecting them to admit what they did wrong and figure the way to satisfiy the customer. If it was their fault, the money back has to be guarranteed. Even Sprint or T mobile has better services than att. Maybe it could be just this location. SALES REP DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SELLING. If u have to buy something from this location, do not get plans with verbally explained. Make them copy or write down the plans exactly how you want, and sign it. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
Do not go to this store. It is a complete disaster. The staff does not seem to care about customers. I never saw customer service reps act so lackadaisical. The manager did absolutely nothing while I was in the store. He stood there and watched football games. I guess it is hard to get good help,
I really think there service is terrible. However Brian was very nice. Christopher was totally sarcastic. My $20.00 bill had a little tear so he would not accept it. Treated us like trash. Would never suggest this place to anyone. The one star is for Brian.
Absolutely the WORST customer service ever!! Third time here to get an issue fixed and nobody even acknowledged I was here! DON’T ever bother wasting your time coming to this store.
