I've been coming to this store for 10 years for my business account. Henry is awesome as well as the rest of staff. Never had a problem they couldn't fix and I always left satisfied !!! - New Era Construction

The three times i have come here i have had to wait 2 plus hrs to be served by the tech. Twice with an appt. I am hating sprint and cant wait for my contract to be over. Would give negative stars if i could.

Cory was AWESOME! Best customer service we've experienced in a long time. He was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and made us feel like we were the only ones in the store. Great staff and management!

Great place to get your phone squared away. I got my sim card stuck in my phone which Enrique was quick to remove and replace, free of charge. I also wanted to activate a phone originally from a prepaid network which he said he would have to make a call about, but that contact was closed that day. So he gave us his card and said to email him all the necessary info and he would make the call before we came in to save us the time. Despite how busy they were christmas eve, were in and out within 15 minutes and he was pleasant and helpful the entire time. Overall very positive experience. I can't understand why this store only has two stars

This is the worst store I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. No the worst company. IN SEPTEMBER I upgraded my phone by calling into sprint customer service. I got the phone and it wasn’t the one I ordered so I went to my local corporate store which was the Kirkwood highway store and instead of telling me the most simple route to take, they told me I had to return the phone there and then re-purchase or re-upgrade with them. The first phone I put $100 down and was supposed to receive a refund when I went to the store to get the correct phone, mind you I had to put another $100 down on the “re-upgrade”. The representative told me that I would have my $100 back on my debit card in 3 to 5 business days. I work at a bank and I know how the refund process works and know that it can take a little bit longer than what they say so I gave it about 10 business days. Still no refund. I went to the store and was told personally by a manager that they would submit a case and contact me within the following week. I still didn’t hear anything. I gave it a little bit longer to see if I would get a call and still didn’t hear anything from this “manager”. I called the sprint store again and “another manager” told me that he would resubmit the claim and that he would personally reach out to me the following week. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. I then proceeded to call into sprints customer service and they advised me that they could not do anything because the refund was done in the store and that the store owed me that credit and they could not see any case that any store submits. I called 2 weeks ago and asked to speak to yet again another manager after calling five times because nobody answered the phone and the manager had the audacity to tell me that I would have to come in because they cannot look Into accounts over the phone which is an absolute lie since the last two managers that I spoke to pulled My accounts up while on the phone just fine. I said that’s fine I will be there in a few minutes and then he tried to tell me not to come in because they were short staffed and said that nothing was going to happen if I came in and that he would “personally submit another claim” and reach out to me directly. I told him if I didn’t hear from him Friday that I would come in and it would be resolved right then and there. HE LAUGHED AND SAID WE’LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS. I guess we will see what happens I’m calling corporate and I will give names and employee identification numbers of everyone who ever looked into my account at that store. What’s happening is they think that I’m just going to give up and that’s not the case. I will be taking legal action!!!! ITS NOW NOVEMBER AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY $100
