I paid on a ring in layaway in September and October was going every two weeks to pay on it. I stopped by Sears one week past the day I was suppose to pay on it; only to find out they cancelled it. I bought my ring anyway, the manager in jewelry department told me that the money I paid into my layaway was going to be returned to me by check I never received anything and no body will assist me with my refund and now it’s December. I tried reaching corporate again and now they have a computer system setup. Never Make A layaway with them again the worst service ever $100.00 out of luck
No one available to help 2/3 open checkers at Christmas time!!!!!!I left will pay a few dollars more to avoid
I was late to work because they opened at 10 04am today and not 10 a.m. I have my commute down to a science and Sears at prices corner could learn alot about being on time for the customer s and not make everything about themselves.
Very helpful every time ! Cannot believe I spent so much money at the dealership I get way better service for less here at sears ! Also one of their managers STEVE is a huge help he takes the time to educate and serve customers. I leave happy and not feeling exploited. Plan on going back for all new tires!
I visited to purchase a comforter and was quite impressed. The store was clean and I especially appreciated Keishia the cashier, who was extremely pleasant and helpful.
