Store is a bit out dated and sometimes has low stock/varieties of items to choose from but you can score some great deals at the end of every season and the staff there are always incredibly nice and helpful. I have always been treated so nicely at this store. They will bend over backwards to help you and never make it seem like you are putting them out when you need something. Five stars for customer service.
Absolutely terrible return policy and the worker at the customer service desk was completely unprofessional. I wanted to return a Christmas decoration that was unused today. The worker at the desk said rudely, “you can’t return that. Read the sign” and pointed to the sign above the counter. Their policy is that any Christmas item cannot be returned past Christmas. This is terrible business! Not to mention for those wanting to return or exchange gifts after Christmas. Additionally, the policy printed on the receipt only stated that I had 30 days to return an item, it never mentioned a single thing about holiday merchandise. I will gladly drive a little farther to a store (Target) with a better return policy and customer service.
Went there thrice thinking might have been bad luck.. but not stepping in there ever again..
If I could give NO stars I would!!!! Employees are rude.. Always long lines.. Store is not clean!! When we were thee months ago we thought they were closing!!! DUMP!!!! Close this store and put target or Christmas Tree Shop & That there!!!! No Favors keeping this one open!!
It's where you go for what you want and get so much more! Can't imagine Pike Creek without it!
Come to this store only if you have tons of time and patience. The lines are always long as there are very very less employees. The employees whonare there r so slow and confused.. their database and product prices do not match.. on many occasions, i had to lead the employee to the shelf where i had picked a product so that they could confirn the sale price. And god forbid, if u come for returning an item, people there r so slow that it can take u forever..
