Leather furniture that is REAL LEATHER. Bought club chairs 20 years ago and they still look good. Bought everything for my new house at Macy's as the prices are great, the service outstanding and they even had samples on the sales floor. Brick and mortar at its finest. Don't let this store go the way of the buggy whip. We NEED places like this to shop!
Women shoe section. Asked for help from 3 staff personnel. No one was able to help me. Some were rude. Some just ignored. I have left a note for manager. Hopefully someone will get back.
