This is a big Kohls store. Nice lay out. Merchandise is displayed well. Price with 30 off coupons was a good deal.
staff on the floor are courteous and helpful, the bathrooms are always clean, hit and miss with getting a friendly cashier, when they have a good sale or it is around the holidays...you are lucky to get a shopping cart.
Cashier was a little rude. I was asking questions and she seemed bothered by that. She also took my kohls charge out of my hand to make sure I signed the back. This was surprising to me because it's a self pay panel and I have never had a cashier take a card out of my hand before unless I handed it to them. Her behavior was strange and made me feel uncomfortable like I stole the card or something.
Employees mostly putting items away and cleaning up, nice to be in an organized store this time of year. I was able to find what I was looking for.
Store is well arranged with adequate signs and labels. I always check the clearance racks. You never know what you might find at a really great price!
