I can not say enough good things about Smith VW. They always have a great selection of vehicles, clean and tidy showroom, and the best staff I’ve ever dealt with at a car dealership. The parts and service department are especially deserving of praise as they are some of the most passionate “car people” I’ve ever met.
They were extremely helpful and told me where to find the key lock which was hidden under the driver's door handle. I was thankful for their willingness to help since the Service Center was already closed. Thank you Matt and Greg....very much appreciated.
This evening I had an emergency with my VW Passat..the key fob did not unlock the door and I was stranded at the shopping center near Smith Volkswagen dealership. I was able to get a ride to the dealership and the two salesmen ..Matt and Greg--- assisted me by replacing the battery.
Thank you for all of your help the last 2 times I have been in there! All of the staff have been really helpful! They were able to explain everything to me in "girl terms" haha. I appreciate everything that all of the staff from the Service Manger (Jason Willey), Service Advisers and the Service men have done for me. All have been extremely knowledgeable and very quick! Will definitely do business there again! Thank you! :)
Great bunch of people. Friendly, honest, and helpful. Jason in the Service Department has definitely help change my perception of service at the dealership.
