Great staff and general manager is very customer service.
The problem was never identified or solved. I was given a resolution that did not address the issue. The car still makes the noise that I brought it in for TWICE now. I had to tell them to open the window to hear a noise the car was making which I thought was common sense but I guess I’m wrong. Very unsatisfied with the results because there aren’t any! Gonna have to fix it myself especially since the car is now out of B2B warranty, go figure.
I have had mixed visits here.. one for tires and a new compressor for my Escalade was a strange experience.. the others were.more amicable..
