This was hands down probably one of the best dealerships that my husband and I have been to. They were all straightforward and made it very easy for us to purchase a car without feeling pressured. A special shout out to Bobby Bird for being so down to earth and his manager Keith. They helped make the process easier and really showed us how customers come first.
Great experience! I have so much anxiety buying a car, but the process here was comfortable and informative throughout. Bobby Bird was our salesman and I'd recommend seeking him out. Bobby was super easy to talk to, informative, honest, and made us comfortable throughout the entire process. He even programmed in our "home" address in the navigation, its the little things!
I went in on Black Friday, of all days, for my car's free oil change (Lifetime Oil Change Club) @10:30 am and was out by 12 noon! They had ample and comfortable seating with complimentary hot & cold beverages (and water). The check-in and check-out service writer was great, and he explained all the results to me, without pressuring or "scaring" me into additional service, while at the same time at the very beginning he informed me of a routine maintenance that was due (in a non-pressuring or shaming manner). I really appreciated his professional, thoughtfulness.
This was my 2nd time attempting to make a sale at this location. On both occasions, I was treated with respect and courtesy even when the final sale numbers just "kept me out of reach" of my comfort zone.. they were very aware of my "monthly limit" and did the best they could to fit me in the vehicle I liked.. Also i like the lifetime oil changes too! ;-)
