For those looking to move into an apartment, I highly recommend Brandywine Hundred! I had moved from a larger house and looked at several apartments in the area. I am so very glad I chose Brandywine Hundred. There is a true sense of community, wonderful, friendly and helpful office and maintenance staff and the building is kept in utmost cleanliness. The staff is like family and always responsive to whatever your need. I enjoyed my stay and really cannot give enough compliments to this community. Do consider.
Great place to live, annual pool party picnic, well-kept property, very friendly people. I've lived here for 4 years and have a great commute to downtown Wilmington. Near Alapocas Park and Rt 202 corridor shopping. What more could you ask for?
Have lived here going on my 2nd year. Best apartment complex I have ever stayed at. Very pet friendly, quiet, staff is great. Any repair requests are handled in a timely fashion. And I like the grounds. Plenty of woods and a little creek.
I enjoy living at Brandywine Hundred. The staff is very capable kind and efficient. Everyone is on the same page to make this a pleasant living experience.
