Do not use this service, they are happy to take your money then they fight every possible way to not have to pay. We have an injection pump out, the shop took their inspector for a drive, the pump failed, the inspector wrote it up as a failed injection pump and AA Auto found a new inspector who did not look at the vehicle to write a different report stating no issue found. Turning them into the state insurance auditor for fraud. Ryan in claims is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with on the phone. I am a maintenance manager for a trucking company, I deal with hundreds of warranty and repair people around the country. Ryan was beyond rude.
DON'T GO WITH THEM!!! Absolutely horrible!!! When I bought my policy I was advised ALL REPAIRS are covered!!! That was 100% false, they denied my claim. When I called to cancel the policy I spoke to Allen Laeman and he was BEYOND RUDE!!! He told me he was 65yo and didn't need this job, and didn't need to deal with people like me, and that he had done more with his life than I could ever dream of, and proceeded to mention he was an artist and could hang up on me! He continued to yell at me. I asked him twice to speak to his supervisor, he told me he didn't have one. When I asked again to speak to his Manager, he told me his manager was God. DON'T GIVE THIS BUSINESS A DIME!!!! BEYOND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
Be aware of what you are getting into. I purchased this to cover my Buick since the warranty had expired. They were very happy to take my money but when I went to cancel the agreement because I traded in my vehicle they gave me the run around for my money. They made me mail in a request, not faxed. I was told in 30 days you'll have your refund. Now it's been over 2 month and I call every week at least 3 times a week and for what I see they haven't even processed my cancelation. I am sure the would be all over me for payment. Very disappointed with their service.
I am very pleased with the customer service we received so far. I went online and minutes after typing my information I received a call. He was very knowledgeable and put us in the best warranty program for us. Thank you! I can definitely breath better now that I don't have to worry about my car.
Just like what those 1-star reviews said, I got sacred by the review and tried to cancel my policy activated yesterday, the customer services were really good......... Until I insist to cancel my policy, and things turn 180 degree, suddenly they put me on hold for almost 1 hr, I'm writing this review while waiting for their answer on phone...... Please be extra careful when dealing with this company!
