A wonderful change from other trampoline parks I've been to. Helpful, informative employees that are kind and attentive. Very clean and offer quite an array of fun exciting things for the whole family. Love it! Even though it's an hour away we will be making this a regular thing in our household! It's worth it!
They had one register open on a week when kids were off school. Two of the three waiver computer screens were not working. There were no employees to be found and a group of annoying teen boys were wrestling in the basketball area for 25 minutes straight and then ran around wrecklessly with nobody stopping them until I said something to them myself. It was chaos. Will go to sky zone next time
Held my daughter's 10th birthday party here. The kids had a blast and there is more to do here now that it is Altitude, rather than the old Stratosphere. However, they overcharged me by $100, the t-shirt that was included in the party package never materialized, they were out of most kinds of drinks, and I ordered but never received two bowls of chips. There seemed to be only one employee covering the desk and my party, and she was hustling, but still things were forgotten. A fun place for kids, but I would caution parents having parties here to be very careful to get everything they paid for, and not pay for things they didn't get.
The trampoline park was just ok. As for the actual trampoline areas they have the basics.... common trampoline area, dodge ball, pit, basketball and kids zone. I likes the ninja warrior section. However, there is minimum supervision over the young people working. I stood at the concession stand for more than 5 minutes waiting for someone to assist me, one 2 seperate occasions. Many times there was no supervision on some trampolines and I often saw patrons being unsafe in unsupervised areas. I also didn't appreciate the amount of cursing I heard among patrons and staff. I have been to several trampoline parks, and I will not be visiting this one again.
Our party assistant Hector was absolutely amazing! The facility is very nice so much so we had another party 2 weeks after our first visit!
