His work was impeccable, meticulous and thorough. John did not rush to finish the job while working on the kitchen plumbing or the toilet tank. As he went along he took the time to explain every procedure in details.

He gave us very detailed info about what he was going to do and went about it in a very timely manner. The install went very smoothly for the hot water heater and our home water softener system. We has an issue with our sewer line backing up over Thanksgiving. Previous contractor had been out several times but did not pick up on a broken line. Benjamin Franklin came out that Friday and was able to schedule repair for the following Tuesday. Pricing was good for the work to be done and they got it done faster than initially quoted. (A few hours vs. all day)
