This park is excellent for exercising .They have a playground for the kids tennis court and basketball court soccer field and softball field ,this is one of the best parts for the great outdoors

A great place to walk and "get your steps in" or take your children to enjoy the playground. Once the new tennis facility is built is will be AMAZING!!@
I have been coming to Del Rec for a long time. It's clean, the trail is nice with friendly individuals, and there is always a practice or have going on that you can stop and watch or even sometimes join. Last but not least they have a mini fit park and larger parks that are great for kids with picnic areas that are always available
They have a two mile loop trail with fitness areas along the way. Also have baseball. The trail is paved and open. It's not especially pretty as it is next to the road most of the way, and it's not forested. Plenty of parking and pretty easy to get into.
