Gorgeous rolling hills. The disc golf course is world class.
awesome park, expensive though for what it offers. as long as im not paying ill always go. it should come w a bit more for the $8 out of state and $4 in state. a map would be nice, maybe id appreciate it more. there is a creek but the only way i know how to get to it is by trucking though the woods and finding a random path that takes u to the creek then finding some path to get down to the water ... glad i brought my dog or id never get to the water or get back to my car.
Pleasant trails for a fall walk, not much gear required, just water is good enough. Try to explore hidden pond, its a beautiful walk
I wish it was bigger! That is it's only problem. What a great state park so close to a major city.
Thompson Bridge Rd entrance: right along the river. Wading, picnicking, fishing, trails, also picturesque but much less open.
Adams Dam Rd entrance: (pictures) beautiful rolling landscape and trails. Picturesque rock border walls and fields. Beautiful, serene, open. No river
