Excellent service, clean and quiet room. A little old, bit still very much functional.
My stay here was good. The lady working the front desk the night I stayed was very nice and friendly. The bathroom was a little small and many areas outside need some sprucing up. The bed and furniture were newer and nice. The bathroom is where this site shows its age.
The pictures online are very deceiving. Coming from someone in the hospitality and travel industry I expected more from a Surestay Plus location. The rooms were dated and smelled of smoke, the staff unfriendly and unaccommodating, along with the "hot" breakfast severely lacking any quality. Multiple problems arose & no compensation or genuine concern was shown. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone.
My room was recently updated so it is clean, quiet very nice.
We had an overnight stay. Rooms were clean. Iron, ironing board, coffee maker, coffee in room. Grocery Store within walking distance. Relatively quiet. Would stay again
Was taken very good care of by the proactive. .knowledgeable, caring staff.
