I am a little upset with the fact that I booked my room in advance for one weeks stay and specifically asked for a smoking room more than once. The lady on the phone was very hard to understand and communicate with. When I checked in an older lady tried to tell me via another young girl that smoking rooms were gone and I could go smoke out side, MAJOR inconvenience for me to have to go outside and smoke when I specifically asked for a smoking room. They didn't even offer to give me a discount after they majorly inconvenienced me for a whole week. Room is nice though for the price but customer service and communication are extremely poor. Room also had upon arrival NO toilet paper, one towel and one wash cloth for two adults. When I went and asked for more she argues with me and told me that wasn't true. I also found in the shower a old used wash cloth and some one else used bar of soap!!
Very friendly staff, clean and quiet place for the price. Peaceful neighbors, rooms look like hotels for a reasonable price. Full room service once a week for weekly stays. Rooms smell and feel nice, very homey feel. Love this place!
Nice motel for the price. Was here for almost 3 months while working in the area. Quiet, clean rooms with a friendly staff. If work brings me back to the Wilmington area I will be back at the day one motel.
