Harry from the front desk is AMAZING, selfless, and a timely customer service agent. Within seemingly seconds after I called for some miscellaneous, here he came to my room with all of my requests To include a Whole Microwave!!! Yes, he did!!! BEST SERVICE TO DATE, VERY IMPRESSIVE!!! The housekeeping associate was sugary as well. Thank you all for being so nice, I appreciate it more than you know...
The staff are amazing! Rooms are great! If ever in the area I would certainly consider staying here again. Was very happy to discover a Starbucks just a few steps away. Thank you!
Executive lounge had decent breakfast but less than mediocre happy hour.
Wish there were some better restaurants in the area.
Came to the area to see my grandson play baseball. Hotel conveniently located to downtown, stadium and river front. Hotel front desk clerk extremely customer service oriented.
First, the incidentals Fees for an employee were too much. The most I have been charged was 25 and that was for my entire stay. Next there was no microwave inside of the room. The elevator from the garage was not working so I had to carry my luggage up a flight of spiral stairs to get to the elevators in the main lobby. The parking garage was priced at 11.00 per trip or 16 per day with unlimited trips. The hotel had an old outdated feel to it. My room did not get cleaned on one of the nights we stayed, meaning we had to call for more towels and wash clothes. Two things I will give thumbs up to were the bed, (extremely comfortabe) and the front desk staff (extremely nice and great customer service). All in all, I think I would look for another Hilton before I stayed here again. Overall rating out of 10, I would give it a 3 maybe 4.
The hotel itself was pretty dated and not at all what I expected. The room was (pretty) clean but the layout of the hotel was strange and there wasn’t a lot to do near the hotel. Having said that, the staff was great.They were very accommodating and they have a free shuttle that goes anywhere within five miles. It was fine for a night, but probably wouldn’t want to stay longer.
