I bought a Serta Loreto King mattress and got an amazing deal! Purchased mattress 11/30/17 and it was delivered on 12/1/17. Great mattress store, would use this store again!!
Walked in there on a Saturday afternoon and Jon was working. I showed him pics of what we were looking for, and asked him if he could match the price we were given by competitors. He did, and then some! Jon was extremely knowledgeable and clearly knew his business. The transaction was very quick and smooth, and delivery was scheduled for only three days out. Meet with Jon on a slow day. He was eager to help us out, talk about Stranger Things and Justice League, and make sure we were comfortable. There was the expected amount of upselling, but there was no pressure to take anything more than we wanted (and we got out spending a bunch less than we expected). We came in after noon and he gave us the morning discount, but we suspect we would have gotten it anyway. He mentioned previous managers getting poor reviews, but we had nothing to complain about.
Sells people were nice. I think I got a good price on my mattress and platform bed. The mattress came rolled up and the platform bed was super easy to put together. Literally, took two minutes
