Just spoke with them(was informed Brad would call and I assume it was him who called. Didn't ask his name). He provided very informative, patient and honest information regarding my plans to sell my Rolex. I bought it from the same store 3 months back and am not quite liking the model and deciding to sell it now. I didn't get good price when I first bought from them in Greenville, but price wise aside, their customer service and friendly nature bridges the gap. I wish I spent more time when buying my watch instead of making up my mind by researching in Internet. Looking at it and wearing it are different and small details like not having anti reflective coating on Rolex glass can affect your decision (guess they don't have coating to keep the look classic and to keep it shiny). I got a feeling as speaking with an elderly friend and I can see why other reviews speak of their service. Their service has that friendly vibe and is unlike other shops which are busy in their business. Price, not lowest in market and need to do our research on how much you are willing to put for that product you are shopping. Overall, they are good bunch to do pleasant business with.
Great business. Met and dealt with Bob at the Market Street location. He was great. Gave me a deal on a beautiful diamond and wasnt pushy like these other jewelry stores. Great customer service over and I will be a long time customer.
Kim was amazing helping me pick out the diamond for my engagement ring for my now wife. Being in Maryland, I only intended to get the diamond there but ended up getting the diamond, setting, and wedding bands there. I knew exactly what I didn't want and appreciated Kim's patience in helping me find what I did want.
Great staff, very knowledgeable. They do not push you and you will leave knowing you get what you payed for.
