So helpful!! I always have a great experience when I shop here. They are helpful and priced reasonably. I have bought tile for my foyer, a bathroom and getting ready to buy for another bathroom. They are available for help when selecting a tile as well as guidance for installation.
The good is they say they will replace broken tiles, great, but the long chain of dumb things just did not need to happen.
Amateurish and unreliable at all levels from the sales to the ordering to delivery. Told in stock and then was not. Tiles not ordered when said they were. Tiles delivered stacked poorly packed so many were broken. Other tile vendors pack tiles with plastic or other protective sheets between the surfaces. These guys didn't. Then when they delivered them they were stacked too high putting excess weight causing tiles in the stack to break.
It's amazing how bad this store is. I bought tile grout here. They sold me the wrong color, and then neglected to mention that a special additive was needed with their grout. I bought grout at a more reputable tile seller, and then tried to take back the material to the Tile Shop. I gave them the material, gave them the receipt, stood there for 45 minutes, and never did get my money back. First they said they couldn't give me my money back, that a check would be mailed from corporate. Then they called to say they had to put the money back on a credit card. I gave them my credit card number. They still didn't refund the money. They have the material, and my money. I'm contacting the Attorney General's office to see if they can help. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the Tile Shop
Noone helped me and i was in the store for 30 minutes june 14 at 8:22 am. And the ladies just was talking away.
