Does not keep in contact or inform you when your machines are fixed. Very hard to get anyone to answer phone and confusing process as we were supposed to receive our new cleaner but the man on the phone tells us are parts are in. Not organized if you ask me very dissapointed as we seen the star rating and thought we had our machine at a good repair place as we are an hour away.
The young man here is knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. No high pressure. Just the facts and unequalled customer service
