Shopping at this location many times. Services are good while the store is kind of old.
I will never buy another item from Home Depot. I purchased a refrigerator recently and they are unwilling to allow the return of the item even though there are problems with the fridge and the icemaker and door is not compatible with the layout of the kitchen. Samsung is if the opinion that it is 'buyer's remorse'.
The fridge was not on the floor when we were at the store. They are saying that we should not have bought it on line but came into the store and bought the fridge. Fact of the matter is we did go to the store and buy the fridge. Then they said that because we did not return the fridge within 48 hours they couldn't allow us to return it. It was delivered on Thursday 11/16 2:00pm & we called about returning it at 11am 11/18. That is less than 48 hours. We are not asking for a refund but a credit in order to purchase a different fridge. The specs on the website state only 2" are needed on the sides of the fridge in order for the doors to open sufficiently if there is a wall next to the fridge. I have 5.5" next to the fridge on the left hand side. The door will not open far enough to allow the icemaker box to be removed from the refrigerator. This clearance issue makes the icemaker useless unless I am willing to move the fridge out of the space every time the icemaker storage bin needs to be removed. This is insane!
What's good : Place is pretty much well stocked, Nursery is well maintained with healthy plants at great prices. Also look out at clearance sales to get great deals on tools. Quality of materials is pretty good. Quite some nifty kitchen fittings in kitchen section. Unbeatable in tools section. Options of free installation on certain items pretty good. Truck rental prices pretty good too.
What's not : kitchen and bathroom fittings lack on options. Need to upgrade the inventory in this section.
Smaller store, great for the tool rental and basics. The bigger store on nammans Rd doesn't have tool rental
Very knowledgeable staff. The best prices if not quality.
