The guys in there know know EVERYTHING about anything in the store! Such great service.
Staff is great. For a small store they always seem to have what I need.
Why go to Lowes when you can go here! They have great employees who help you find whatever you need and give you great advice. All my problems are solved once I go here! Big stores don't have experienced employees that know hat they are doing, but here everyone knows what to do with any household problem! Definitely the best hardware store of them all.
Well stocked, friendly knowledgeable staff, oldschool hardware store, only things missing are pot belly stove and checker board.
Fairfax has been the best hardware store I've been to. Very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful staff, willing to sell you the right product or recommend a place that has it. Will offer thoughts on your project. Variety, quality, and a great credit/refund policy. My only complaint is made with wishful thinking: I wish he had another store, and that it was right near me!!! (But worth the drive)
