I recommend this place for the simple care they put into making sure I can see. My visit wasn't stressful or anxiety endusing. And the other staff is very helpful in answering questions or concerns.
I have been a patient of Simon Eye since 1985. They have always treated me with fairness and respect. Anytime I needed my glasses adjusted they would take care of them immediately. They also would adjust my mother's glasses who was not a patient of Simon Eye. I only had 2 experiences I was not happy with the optometrist since 1985. I highly recommend this group.
Excellent service. Staff checked all our insurance co pays and told up front what charges would be. Competitive prices for glasses and nice selection of frames. Appointment was quick but thorough. Would definitely recommend them.
I only gave them 1 star bc it's mandatory. I recently had my eyes examined and was told that I needed new glasses my insurance covered the frames and I paid an additional $130 for the scratch proof anti glare etc. After having the glasses for about i week I decided that I didn't like them and wanted to be fitted for contacts. I was told I'd have to pay for another exam although VSP already told me I only was responsible for the $20 co-pay. Prior to coming to Simon I had a pre- exsisting condition that required me to have my windows tinted I recently purchased I new car and took my old waiver and a new one for the Dr to fill out. I was told the Dr would not fill out the form and now I have to pay for another eye exam! I WOULDN'T recommend anyone to take their pets there for anything they are all about money and not about superior customer service.
Update 9-26 Hubby's and my glasses came in quickly. Very happy with them ( and he's pretty particular : ). Quick pick up. Were a busy family and I felt like they made sure to not waste any of our time. Best eye Dr experience we've had.
a total rip off and con job, this place gives terrible service and very high prices, go somewhere, anywhere else. they asked me did I want to try the complimentary one a day contacts, so I foolishly said yes, they then said go into this room, a employee of theirs says look in the mirror and insert them, she then gives me a few "complimentary" ones, and simon eye associates then demands $50 from me, not for the "complimentary" contact lense samples, but for the "fitting" fee /the fee for their employee's "help" - tell all your friends to avoid simon eye associates unless they want to get ripped off
