They NEVER answer the phone and never have appointments available, whether it's for a sick visit or routine preventative care. I've been trying to make an appointment to get a physical for 2 weeks now, and their entire system is automated. No matter what number you push, you never get a live human being, and their appointment line connects you to a line where you can't leave a message for someone to call you back. So frustrating! I'm seeking out some other place for my medical care.
