He truly cares about my eye situation and me as a person. I've been going to him for 12 years and I feel he's provided the best medical care any doctor could provide the entire time.
The lack of respect for people's time is unacceptable. My mother's first experience here took nearly 4 hours. Assuming that was due to being a new patient, we arrived for her 2nd appointment 10 minutes early, and were told join arrival that it would be at least a 1 hour wait. A quick phone call informing us of their not keeping to schedule was in order. The entire visit took 2 hours for a 5 minute procedure. We will be finding another practice that has more respect for patient's time.
