The service was not at par. Forced to wait for more than 40 mins even if we had scheduled appointment. The doctor was also very casual about the injury. I will prefer the Newark center over this.
My appointment was cancelled because I was running 5 minutes late. If that wasn't enough, they lied to me twice before telling me the real reason, first saying that Dr. Axe had an emergency, then saying that he was only seeing on-time patients, then saying that he left for the day because I was late. Absolutely disgraceful.
Released me to return to work on full duty in January but still in severe pain with swelling if on my knee for more than an hour. Knee has not recovered. PT noticed swelling as well when therapy was continued past the time released to return. Refused to take into account the apt was in the morning and the problematic swelling appears in the evening. Still not returned to work in April so 3 months without an income because the doctor would not listen. Was forced to drop out of school in part due to shoddy medical care. Looking for another orthopedist as we speak.
