Absolutely horrible! It took one and a half hours to get two drinks and every order was wrong. I had an 88 yr. old with us who arrived before 6:30 and did not eat until 8:30. I haven't been there in over a year and it's still as bad as I remember.
Great place for a sports game. The mango habanero wings are delicious.
The food here is always excellent. We went in for lunch today and got our favorite, the Navajo Nachos. As good as the food is, the service leaves a lot to be desired. The hostess had ZERO personality and didn't smile or make eye contact. It was enough to make you feel unwelcome, or want to pop an antidepressant into her mouth. Our server was a bit of a zombie and not very attentive. Next time we go, we'll seat ourselves at the bar. At least the bartender had some personality.
We used the banquet hall and our party was quite large, but not at capacity and it seemed like they had a hard time caring for our size party, but the staff was nice and accomodating.
Great place to hang out with friends over the holiday break. Half priced burgers were routine, but the Stella Artois girls selling the glasses made the beer selection easy.
