Used to be better. Foods always hot, service is fast, but the place looks tired as hell. Come here if you want a fast no-frills meal.
Good shakes and burgers! The Kirkwood location is good, but the Concord one is a time capsule that's worth the trip. Price is reasonable for a sit down.
It's a bit worn and dated, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the food. Prices are good, and our waiter was very attentive and friendly. Overall a good experience. I'll probably return from time to time. Didn't try the ice cream so I'll give that a shot next trip.
I'm not from the area but saw it and decided to give it a try. My party and another party were waiting to be seated for the best part of ten minutes. When the person came to seat us she offered popcorn. Well the popcorn machine was empty. We proceeded to the table. The place has a great musty smell. The waitress was nice enough. We placed our order. I ordered my burger "well done." I got it "well rare." Needless to say I complained but I didn't want it anymore. Others in my party didn't get everything that they ordered. I still paid full price. Don't go there. You've been warned. I would've been happier and had better service at Wendy's down the street, and they are shut down!
Good burgers, steaks and the huge ice cream sundaes are awesome! Quick service. Casual atmosphere.
