This was my first visit to this Veterinary hospital. I been looking for a good dedicated Vet to care for my pets. I was amazed at how well Dr Mule tends to his patients. Not only was this visit above expectations Dr. Mule takes the time from a busy schedule to call and check on his fur patients. I love that, something most if not all Veterinarians do. Makes me feel secure now that my pets will be properly cared for. And the receptionist was very friendly. Thank you Naamans Veterinary hospital for caring for my pets. I will be back.
Unfortunately on Saturday I had to put my hamster down due to a golfball sized cancer tumor. I called at 8:30(they open at 9) no one answer but as soon as I set my phone down Dr Mule was calling right back. Even though they don't take critters there he was very nice and willing to help me out. For pretty cheap too. 2 days earlier when I went to my exotics vet euthanasia was 65$ but we decided to try some meds to see if it would help. 2 days later I knew it was his time to go. Dr Mule only charged me 50$ and got me an appointment at 9:30am so we wouldn't have to wait. Him and his receptionist were extremely nice, spoke softly with me, and made sure I was taken care of and more importantly made sure my little hammy was comfortable. It was an extremely difficult process but they did their best to make it easier for us. I am very thankful for them helping me out and taking us because I just couldn't let him suffer for another 2 days and neither could the doctor. Thank you so much Dr Mule!
I am so blessed and lucky to have found Dr. Mule. He truly cares about the well-being of your pet. My dog was throwing up and extremely lethargic all day. I called Naaman's Animal Hospital at 5:30pm and they fit me in that night. Dr. Mule already had a lot of patients scheduled for the night and found a way to take x-rays within an hour. He referred me to a 24/7 Emergency Vet where I immediately took my dog. Dr. Mule gave me a copy of my x-rays to bring and called the Emergency Vet to let them know I was coming. Later that night, my dog had emergency surgery. If I would have waited or brought him a few hours later, he would have died. I am beyond appreciative of Dr. Mule and his team. I will always bring my dogs here.
I have spent the last few years searching for a good vet, my search is over! The first time I visited them Dr. Mule met me at the office on Christmas morning to help 2 kittens I had recently rescued. I had called the office near midnight on Christmas Eve expecting an answering machine but spoke to the doctor himself. I have since taken several other pets to Naamans Animal Hospital and have had a great experience every time. The prices are great, and the service you will receive is top notch. I will only bring my animals here now, and I fully recommend the Naamans Animal Hospital to all of my friends and family.
