We've been taking our pets here for 30 years, like most vets not cheap, but excellent care. Dr.Hardy and staff have a great bedside manner, especially helpful when you're dealing with serious illness or the end of the life of a furry family member. Over the years they've taken care of five cats and three dogs in our family.
If you want to get the best care for your animals/family members in the best way possible then please take your business elsewhere because you will not get any actual compassionate care here.
If you want to spend money chasing a doctors guess as to what is wrong this is your place. If you like offices with rude, unwelcoming, unhelpful staff this is your place. If you want to be treated like a means to pay the bills of a vet practice, this is your place.
I brought my sweet dog here. Sadly, it was her time to cross the rainbow bridge. Everyone was very kind, respectful and compassionate. I received a footprint along with her ashes and the staff even sent a sympathy card in the mail. Small gestures mean so much when your heart is broken. Thank you all for showing love to my sweet girl and concern for my well-being.
And because I know that this office will have this review removed from google to keep their stats padded with great reviews I will say that I hope at least one person sees this and makes a better choice for their animals care and goes somewhere else and saves their money
