Poor service. Phone lines are always down. Staff pushes you off to the next person instead of helping.
i always have to go all out of my way to the newark or new castle office for any assistance. Wilmington and their disorganization and utter lack of concern need an entirely new staff. Individuals who are willing to find and solve any issues...which is their jobs. Ive been being ran in circles since april 24th its now the begining of July...struggling to pay rent , bills, feed myself and my unborn... General welfare in Delaware period is horrendous.
