On hold 15 minutes so far after recording said wait time of 10 minutes.
The woman,Valerie was very helpful and understanding, just be patient breathe someone will answer they deal with a myriad of calls.....:)
They NEVER answer the phone!
I have attempted to pay some fines through this number, but no matter when I call, I get a message saying that expected time of wait is less than a minute. However, all calls have never been less than 30 minutes, and I always have to hang up or my phone dies before the phone is answered, and two times in the afternoon, after waiting more than an hour, with the phone on speaker, they hang up on me 10 minutes to 5:00 pm.
