My family has been going to Thompson's for years and years. They're always friendly, timely, and do a good job. Prices are good, too.
Had a very unfortunate experience here after being a long time Customer. They failed to give me an accurate cost on getting a suit hemmed and when I went to pick it up the cost was 3x what was on my slip. When I tried to negotiate and reason with them they got very angry and wouldn't let me have my suit. Finally had to pay just to get my suit back. Very disappointing for this type of treatment of a 10+ year Customer.
