There's too many dry cleaners to mess with people that have no respect for customer loyalty and satisfaction.
I spent over $300 at F&N for dry cleaning. They advertised that they clean suede (which they don't, they outsource this part of the business). The suede on my Uggs was RUINED. It felt like plastic. After continuously calling the owner of F&N, they passed me on to the company who manages the suede business, who took zero accountability for the ruined product. Eventually, no one responded to my phone calls, NOR did they make any effort to appease me (e.g. store credit, reimbursement, etc.) Needless to say, I never saw my Uggs again and they certainly weren't wearable.
After trying several dry cleaners in the area, my fiancé and I were happy to find F & N. The staff is very personable and courteous, and our items are always ready when promised. This the only North Wilmington dry cleaner we've found that has not ruined one of our formal garments, bedspreads/comforters, or specialty fabrics. Thanks for the great service, F & N!
