I had a renters policy that I asked to have cancelled on Dec 15, 2016 because I moved. I was told it was cancelled and I'd receive my refund shortly (the policy was paid in full through Feb 2017). I stayed receiving calls from all-star asking me to pay my renewal bill and learned that my policy was never cancelled. I went through this three more times having to call the office back every few weeks. In the end my policy was still never actually cancelled, they just let the time run out on it & they cancelled it at the end of February for "lack of renewal payment". Brenda never calls back and won't take my calls despite being in the office. I've had to lodge formal complaints about this office through corporate to try and get my money back for remainder of the prepaid policy after December 15. Save yourself the headache, go with another office or company.
