Not a great selection of sports bras. It seems like the bigger you are, the louder and tackier the colors and selections become. The nice styles seem to only come in small sized options.
Don't always have my size but I still love going there.
Went into the store to browse the black Friday sale and was approached asking when was the last time I was measured and what I was last measured for, when I told her she disrespectfully asked "um, are you sure?"
I live in New Castle but every time I go to the concord mall this is the place to shop, not only is the stuff welcoming, polite, and very friendly but they also take care of your needs. They are always asking if you need help, and the manager is super nice I always stop by for a bra or undies and I'm asked if I need to know my size by measuring me and they also offer different styles, the store may be small but the staff is so nice that is so worth the drive, I definitely recommend this place they might not have it all but they make sure you walk out that store with a happy face!
And When i said yes I'm sure, she says "yeah, okay" and walks away. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Then when I go to checkout, there are 6 girls behind the counter joking and playing with eachothers hair, talking about weekend plans. Avoid this location.
We initially came here for a bra and got measured as a 34d cup. A month ago we bought another bra for our wedding in beavercreek ohio and we were measured as a 34ddd. We went back here to exchange a multi style bra after the back strap-hooks began fraying(the one from ohio.) we were directed to a floor attendant to choose an exchange item and immediately took us to the same style that was previously purchased. We were left unattended to after the immediate fitting, we then made a complaint and was brought back to the same girl for assistance, meanwhile she was attending to a party of three women and one other girl that did not appear to be getting much attention from the floor rep. we ultimately left with the same bra after a total of 3 complaints and many presumptuous looks (as we were looking for ourselves what stock that had on site.) dont go here unless you know what you need.
